Billing and cancellation
Managed safely in Shopify.
Shopify manages plan selection, invoices, cancellation, and payment methods. Do not email payment card details. Existing dynamic QR redirects remain available when paid feature access changes, and Qrivo shows the merchant's current access state in the app.
Security and privacy
Keep sensitive data out of email.
Never send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or customer personal information. Report a suspected vulnerability with the subject “Qrivo security report” and include non-sensitive steps to reproduce it.
