Troubleshooting
Resolve common installation, destination, analytics, integration, and download problems.
Common issues
Qrivo does not open inside Shopify
Reload Shopify Admin, approve any current permissions, disable strict content blocking for the Admin session, and reopen Qrivo from Apps.
A product is missing from the picker
Confirm the product is published to the Online Store and that your Shopify staff account can view products.
A URL is rejected
Use HTTPS, remove embedded usernames or passwords, and use the authenticated store's domain where Qrivo requires it.
A printed dynamic QR shows a status page
Confirm the code is active, has not expired, and has a currently valid scheduled destination.
A scan has not appeared in Analytics
Confirm the code is dynamic, allow a short processing delay, check the selected date range, and retry without a privacy scanner or link preview.
A feature is locked
Open Plans and confirm the active subscription includes it. Some Shopify features also require additional permissions or store eligibility.
GA4 has no qr_scan event
Recheck the measurement ID and API secret, confirm you scanned a dynamic code, and allow for GA4 processing delay.
An API token was lost
Qrivo cannot reveal it again. Revoke the key and create a replacement.
A download or PDF fails
Retry in a current browser, allow downloads for Shopify Admin, and remove unsupported remote image assets from the design.
