Health workspace
Use Health to verify the services Catalog Armor depends on:
- Shopify event delivery.
- Required product and collection access.
- Backup and monitoring workers.
- Plan usage and protection status.
A failed or unknown check means the corresponding workflow should not be assumed healthy. Follow the displayed remediation and recheck before relying on new alerts or snapshots.
Data minimization
Catalog Armor processes catalog, configuration, operational, and recent order facts needed for merchant-defined workflows. It does not request protected customer name, postal address, phone, or email fields.
Privacy requests
The app supports Shopify's mandatory customer data-request, customer-redaction, and shop-redaction workflows. Privacy exports are temporary, and shop redaction removes tenant application and backup data according to the published policy.

Uninstall behavior
Uninstalling stops authenticated app access and begins Shopify's required cleanup flow. Complete removal can include delayed Shopify redaction events, so retain the shop domain and uninstall time when asking support to investigate cleanup.
